Jerry Allen Harmon, 78, of Desha passed away Monday, August 13, 2018.
He was born on August 16, 1939 to Allen and Grace Neal (Seaton) Harmon in Desha.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Marilyn (Casebier) Harmon; one son, Kevin (Sonya) Harmon of Siloam Springs; one daughter, Karen (Fred) Randle of Tumbling Shoals; one brother, Stanley Harmon of Batesville; one sister, Carolyn Morrison of Desha; three grandchildren, Jessica (Aaron) Fletcher, Matthew (Brittnee) Harmon, Hunter Harmon; one great-grandchild, Trace Harmon; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers are Matthew Harmon, Hunter Harmon, Aaron Fletcher, Darrell Stubbs, Kevin Vest, and Phillip Blaxton.
Honorary Pallbearers include the Epiphany Sunday School Class at Central Avenue United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Central Avenue United Methodist Church in Batesville at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Alderbrook Cemetery in Desha.
Visitation will be held Sunday at the Roller-Crouch Chapel from 6:00 '''' 8:00 p.m.

I am so sorry. I loved Mr. Harmon. He believed in me when i didnt believe in myself. He has always been there with a smile a hug and a warm thought. I meant so much to me. I will miss him.
