Dear Von and Family I'm so sorry to hear the news of Bertha. We love your family. I have wonderful memories my whole childhood
with your family. Bertha gave me one of my wedding showers. Thank you for being such good neighbors to our family. I'm sure Mother and Daddy were waiting to see her in Heaven as the song goes I Can Only Imagine. I tried to call but the number I have does not work. We will be praying for your family.

Von,
So sad to hear of the passing of Bertha. I recall fondly the days that i worked wih Bertha 43 plus years ago. Larry has the flu so we are not able to be with you and your family at this time, but we wanted you to know that we are thinking of you.

Yesterday, I told of my mothers connection with the family and completely left out Von. I know Bertha will be missed by the entire family but especially by Von who is such a great man.
Our sympathies for the entire family.

Mary Ann and I are saddened to learn of Mrs. Perkey death. My mother cared for Dennis when he was small. Our entire family loved loved the Perkey family. They were such good people and good to my mother. Batesville and Calvery Baptist Church has lost a very good person, but we know where she is now.
My God bless Dennis and all the children and grandchildren, all her relatives.
