Sarah Jane Cook Grover, 94, of Batesville, Arkansas, died Friday, September 15, 2017, at Wood-Lawn Nursing Home.
She was lovingly called ''BoBo'' by all who knew her. Born December 30, 1922, in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of John Walter and Emillie Ladder Jones Cook.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Batesville. BoBo's family was the center of her life and she will always be remembered for her infectious laughter and her loving spirit.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Grover of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and James Grover of Thailand; a daughter, Sandra West and husband, Michael, of Batesville; six grandchildren, Jennifer Faith and husband, Mark, of Morrisville, Vermont, Katie McLean and husband, James, of Batesville, Kristen Green and husband, Chris, of Cedaredge, Colorado, Tyler Fontaine and wife, Lesley, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Jessica Bower and husband, Jake, of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, and Matt Grover; eight great-grandchildren, Reilly Faith, Alexis Faith, Evan McLean, Molly McLean, Garrett Fontaine, Nola Fontaine, Sarah Green, and Luke Green; and a sister, Dorothy Madinger of Birmingham, Alabama.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter L. Grover; and two sisters, Mabel Bunker and Martha Rennard.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 18, 2017, at the First United Methodist Church in Batesville with Reverends Justin and Susan Ledbetter officiating.
Interment will be in Oaklawn Cemetery at Batesville under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
Pallbearers will be Dr. Greg Neaville, James McLean, Mark Faith, Doug Lee, Tyler Fontaine, Asa Whitaker, and Evan McLean.
Visitation is from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Sunday, September 18, 2017, at Roller-Crouch Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 615 E. Main Street, Batesville, AR 72501

Sandy, Iam sorry you lost your mom. I didn't know her, but she was obviously a wonderful person because she raised you. May she rejoice in eternal life.
