Dorothy Willene Keller, 90, of Batesville, Arkansas died Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at a local hospital.

Born January 6, 1924, in Bethesda, Arkansas, she was the daughter of William Foster and Annie Ferrell Foster. She was one of nine children. She married Junior Keller on November 2, 1940, and they had three children. Mrs. Keller worked at Woodlawn Nursing Home in Batesville for 20 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She possessed a strong Christian faith and was a member of Chinquapin Church of Christ. She loved gardening, nature, and spending time with her family, often on the front porch of her home over a glass of sweet tea.

Survivors include two daughters, Martha Ann Herzig of Texrkana and Alta Fern Franks of Batesville; a son, Ferris Keller and his wife, Linda, of Batesville; seven grandchildren, Jeremiah Keller, Hannah Keller, Thurston McKown, Corrine Tate, Crystal Miller, Roy Herzig Jr., and Lee Ann Pruitt; thirteen great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Griffin of West Virginia; a brother, Clifton Foster of Cushman; and twenty-five nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Junior Keller; three brothers, Jess Foster, J. C. Foster and Jimmy Foster; an infant brother, Arthur Lee Foster; two sisters, Bernice Kessinger and Christine Keller; a grandson, Darrell Franks; an infant great-granddaughter, Sarah Haley; and two sons-in-law, Robert Franks and Roy Herzig Sr.

There will be a funeral service at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2014, at the Chinquapin Church of Christ at Bethesda with Brian Keller and Raymond Mallott officiating.

Burial will be in Campground Cemetery in Bethesda under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville

Pallbearers will be Bill Keller, Raymond Keller, Allen Keller, Aaron Keller, Jeremiah Keller and Chris Finnie.

Visitation is from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Monday, December 1, 2014, at the funeral home.
