I attended school with Brenda at Cave City. She left there to play ball, which she was fantastic at! I also knew her from the Sandtown bunch. I was broken hearted to hear of her passing. She was one of a kind and will be greatly missed.

To say the words "I'm sorry" just doesn't seem enough! To ask why, is unknown (for now)!!
I no longer live in Batesville, but my memories of Coach Jackson will always be with me.

Van, Becky and family:

I am so sorry to hear about Brenda. She was a great person not to mention a great mentor to a bunch of young basketball players back in the day. I have a lot of fond memories of going to Tommy's for lunch and just hanging out with everyone there. She will truly be missed and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Van and Becky..
When we picked up our ribs Friday night, we were so fortunate to meet Brenda out back and visit for a few minutes. Van, she commented on how nice she had been to you lately, and, of course, I questioned why. In her words...."I guess he is a keeper". You should remember that, as will we.
How fortunate we all are to have known and loved her.
Peace and comfort in this difficult time
