Alma Sue Brown, age 70 of Tilly, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 15th, 2018 at her home with her loving husband by her side. She was born in Alread, Arkansas on March 14th, 1947 to Ulysses Watson and Lillian Crabtree Watson. Alma Sue married Glennard Brown on August 22nd, 1964. Together, Alma Sue and Glennard had two boys, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Alma Sue was of the Pentecostal faith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend to many. Alma Sue worked alongside her many friends for 21 years at the Witts Springs School, where she was known for the best cinnamon and yeast rolls anywhere around. She took great pride in taking care of her loving family.

Alma Sue is survived by her husband of 53 years, Glennard Brown of the home; two sons, Bryan Brown and wife Wendy of Pottsville and Travis Brown and wife Twila of Tilly; four grandchildren, Santana Mills and husband Mark of Pottsville, Britney Clark and husband Jared of Tilly, Justin Brown and girlfriend Marcy Miller of Pottsville and Aron Claassen and wife Rachel of South Dakota; seven great-grandchildren, Clay, Cole, Grady, Nolen, Aiden, Lincoln and Baby Baker due March, 2018; mother, Lillian Watson of Alread; brothers, Bill Watson and wife Becky, Dwayne Watson and wife Charlie, both of Alread and Bob Watson and wife Pam of Hector; two brothers-in-law, Kenneth Brown and Jerry Brown and wife Carol, both of Tilly; one sister-in-law, Glenda Horton of Little Rock; and many nieces, nephews and friends who will also mourn her passing.

Alma Sue is preceded in death by her father, Ulysses Watson; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Garlan and Edith Brown.

Funeral services for Alma Sue will be 2:00 PM Thursday, January 18th, 2018 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Donnie Chisum and Bro. Russ Fountain officiating. Special music will be performed by Donnie Chisum, Tim McCool and Ruth Campbell Harmon. Visitation will be 1:00--2:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery near Tilly. Pallbearers will be Justin Brown, Mark Mills, Jared Clark, Zach Watson, Jerry Dale Brown and Denver Lee. Honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandsons, Clay and Cole Clark, Grady and Nolan Mills, Aiden and Lincoln Claassen, and Baby Baker Mills (on the way).
