Leroy Kremer of Mountain Home passed away December 16, 2017 at age 79, after a long battle with Alzheimers. He was born April 7, 1938 in Perry, Kansas, the son of Andrew and Genevieve Kremer. He married Linda Peterson April 29, 1988.
Leroy is survived by his wife of the home, by two sons, Danny (Patsy) Kremer of Independence, MO. and Terry Kremer of Belton, MO., two sisters, Shirley Badger of Phoenix, AZ. and Linda Davis of Winter Haven, FL., five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Jo Ann Hotter and two sisters, Pauline Legg and Donna Sutton.
Leroy served in the United States Marine Corps from 1958 to 1964. He was a contractor in the Kansas City area for 20 years, before moving to Mountain Home, AR. in 1998.
He was an avid fisherman and member of the Mountain Home Striper Club and the Walleye Club. He wrote several articles on fishing techniques for the Baxter Bulletin. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with his sons.
