I went to LRCHS with Susan. We were HiSteppers together-but she was a Center and I was an end. Very fond memories of her. My prayers are with her family and friends

Dear Sheldon family. I am so sorry to have read of the death of Susan. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28, 29 and Revelation 21:4. These verses tell us that soon God is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones as well as do away with all causes we have for suffering, including sickness and death. Knowing this has always comforted me and it is my hope that these thoughts will comfort your family also.

One of my earliest memories is as a small child at our grandparents house in Sardis. They had put me in the playpen and naturally I climbed out....cousin Susan who was about 7 or 8 years old played peek a boo with me at the window at the front porch. It has been said that if you have no brothers or sisters. Then your cousins are often your first friends. I do believe that is true. Fly Free, my dear Susan into the loving embrace of God
