I was saddened to read of the passing of Pat. She and my Mom Sylvia met at Camp Arcadie when they were very young gals. Living across the road from Miss Lila and then her parents bring back a lot of childhood memories. In later years I always looked forward to seeing Pat and Al every summer in Sandy Cove. Please know I am thinking of you all at this difficult time.

I met Pat at our AARP Chapter 34 and for several years have enjoyed her company playing bridge and taking part in other chapter activities. She was a very sweet lady and we always missed her when she took her summer vacations at Nova Scotia.
My condolences to the family. Frances Dorough

Prayers for the family of Mrs. Everett. Gail is my dear friend and I got to know Mrs. Everett through her daughter's eyes. Gail told stories of being raised by a mom with grace, integrity, humor and, most importantly, a love for her family, friends and life.

We only knew Mrs. Everett for a few short years. She was the most kindhearted and thoughtful lady. We could not have asked for a nicer and welcoming neighbor. Her wave, friendly smile and lovely talks will be dearly missed.

Being Kevin and Jessica's aunt on their fathers side I had the privilege of knowing this wonderful woman for many years. In that time I discovered she was caring, compassionate, full of knowledge, animal lover (especially cats), loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an inspiration to many in her years of teaching, traveling, and overall just being herself. "Grammie" as Jessica and Kevin called her always had a smile on her face when I was around her even if things were not always the best. She was definitely loved in life and will most definitely be missed in death, but I rest assured that she will be at peace being reunited with her husband, granddaughter, and grandson among many others that she loved and cared for in her journey of life. Rest in Peace and love.
