Fern Wilson, 85, of Greenbrier, passed away at home, Friday, September 30, 2016 surrounded by family. The daughter of Louis Harrison Henderson and Dollie (Ward) Henderson, she was born February 1, 1931 at Guy, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, James Jethran ''Puny'' Wilson; sister, Wilma Duncan; and son-in-law, Bennie Evans.

She is survived by her children, Jean Evans of Greenbrier, James (Ginger) Wilson of Conway and David (Donna) Wilson of Conway; sister, Norma Rowlett of Quitman; sister-in-law, Mary Wilson of Conway; grandchildren, Jeannine (Gerry) Hensley, Teresa Dempsey, Bret Evans, Tatika McGhee, Frankie (Amber) Wilson, McKenzie (Kyle) Pedigo, Jethran ''Jet'' (Megan) Wilson, Shannon (Josh) Weaver, and Allan (Kristen) Holloway; great-grandchildren, Lauren Hensley, Ashlinn (Corey) Borg; Trisstian, Tyler and Zoe Evans, Destiny (Nate) Lamb, Samantha Bradley, Summer and Winter McGhee, Lillie Jernigan, MacKenzie, Jarrett and Tyler Weaver and Brenna Holloway; great-great-grandchildren, Kayden Lamb and Ava Powell; and a host of other family and friends.

She was an employee of Greenbrier Public Schools retiring after 30 years of service, having served many a meal to the students and faculty. She was of the Baptist faith.

Pallbearers are Larry Dickens, Gerry Hensley, Bret Evans, Corey Borg, Jethran ''Jet'' Wilson, Frankie Wilson, Bobby Watson and Allan Holloway. Honorary pallbearers are Don Jones, Rick Whitley, Jerry and Faye Holloway, Joe and Nancy Clark and the late Dean Mallett.

Family visitation will be Monday, October 3, 2016, 6:00-8:00PM at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Greenbrier. Funeral service will be in the funeral home chapel at 1:00PM, Tuesday, October 4, 2016 with Brother Freddie Mark Wilcox and Brother Richard Whittington officiating. Interment will follow in the Thorn Cemetery.
