Too many of my school friends have passed away lately. I've known Jimmy since elementary school, he never had a mean bone in his body. He was kind, funny, generous, a pleasure to associate with. I walk on floors that he laid every day, I will never forget him.
Everyone called him Milton, but he will always be Jimmy Dale to me. I guess I've known him my entire life. This is a sad day indeed. He was truly one of the nicest guys I've ever known. Rest in Peace, Jimmy. My thoughts and prayers to Ilene, Penny, Rory and Jimmy's children. With deepest sympathy,
Carmen Swan Iversen

Dear Ilene and All, God gained a great soul and we lost one. Milton and I had so many fond memories from our youth. Like the time we were asked to leave at gunpoint from a hunting cabin in the woods. We were just "visiting" for the afternoon. Like the time we took out the air conditioner with the Rambler. That was a trip-literally. We couldn't stop laughing. We were so happy to live through that one!
Gosh. All those late nights playing foosball at Dirty Dave's and all those late night gatherings in the national forest. Especially remember the night we watched from a cliff at the Mtn View folk festival while people were going crazy down below. Milton knew just the right moment to get out of Dodge before we wound up in the little jail on the square. (Benny wasn't so lucky.)
I couldn't have asked for a better running buddy. We had a blast! Milton always had my back and he will always have a special place in my heart. Love to you all.
I am Jimmy Dale Gregory's Mother as anyone signing this guest book would know. The reason for the delay for his service is his children are in Arizona & Florida and are having a time with plane connections. But they will be in Monday & we will have the service Tuesday at Oak Grove Cemetery. It will run in Baxter Bulletin Fri. Sat & Monday. Don't miss the service we will have many memories ,and good ,good music to share. Our lives will never be the same especially mine.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to me at 1128 Old Arkana Road Mtn. Home , AR. , 72652 or to Oak Grove Cemetery Fund in Memory of Jimmy Dale Gregory
