Frances Lorraine Salmons, 88, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on May 5, 2015. She was a member of Shiloh Methodist Church and for many years was actively involved with helping the MYF.

Born to Aaron George (Pete) and Maggie Mae Underwood on March 6, 1927.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Oscar Woods and Doyle Salmons; one sister, Lois Quinn; one grandson, Brian Hannah; two great granddaughters, Gloria Hope Woods and Amanda Brooke Laughter and one son in law, Paul Bear.

Survivors include: two daughters, Barbara Bear of Dover TN and Brenda (Dick) Davis of Brandon MS; one son Jerry (Barbara) Woods of Springdale; one sister, Ann Dement of Bono; 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren and a host of friends.

Visitation will be Thursday May 7 from 6-8 PM at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral home. Funeral service will be held Friday May 8 at 10:00 AM with Bro Everett Blakley and Bro Roland Mudge officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Jim Pickle, Everett Woods, Reggie Biggers, Troy Snell, Sean Houston and Kenny Knuckles.
