Pat - I was so sad to hear of Bill's death. He and Ray were the "Click and Clack" for our department (Nursing). He was a joy to work with and was always there to help us, to laugh with us, and to tolerate all of us! When he retired my hope for him was many years with you and his family. I know that you will miss him. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Ann

I always enjoyed spending time with him and missed being around him these last 20 years or so. Wish my boys could have met him. Always had a great time on New Year's Day.

Dad Sipes enjoyed watching a bunch of boys turn into men. He saw a score before me, but to me, I was the only and last one! Spades to you Bill!

Thinking and praying for peace and healing for family and friends. I know he is no longer in any pain and in a better world that we can't even begin to imagine. I can't think of a more amazing way to celebrate his passing from this world than on his birthday. Happy Birthday in heaven Bill. I am sorry I never met you, however I have known your son for a while and he has talked about you enough I felt I knew you.

Such a great guy! Taught us so much as young men. Showed incredible patience and understood what it took for boys to grow into men. Selfless devotion to others and always had a positive viewpoint. Will be greatly missed.
