Ray Faddis, age 78, of Harrison, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012, in Harrison. He was born July 6, 1934, in Compton, Arkansas, the son of George and Ova (Sims) Faddis. Along with his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his three brothers, Henry Faddis, Arbie Faddis, and Larry Faddis.

Ray enjoyed farming, hunting, and visiting with family and friends.

Ray is survived by his nieces and nephews, Sherrie Jenkins, Mark Faddis, George Faddis and Jason Faddis, all of Alpena, Arkansas, and Fay Briky of Cabool, Missouri; numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; and many friends throughout the community.

Visitation was Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

Funeral service was Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Bro. Jerry Scitern officiating.

Interment was in Auman Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Mark Faddis, Jason Faddis, George Faddis, John Henry Jenkins, Austin Faddis and Joe Cantwell.
