Tim Lynn Shipman, age 56, of Valley Springs, Arkansas passed away Monday April 16, 2018 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Mr. Shipman was born June 20, 1961 in Kansas City, Missouri to Zell and Nola (Bogle) Shipman. He had been employed as a trim carpenter in commercial and home construction. He was a lifetime resident of the area who enjoyed the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and working in his garden. Tim was a loving husband who cared deeply for his family.

Tim is survived by is wife Terri, of the home; his mother Nola Shipman; his step-son Steven Meadows of Streator, Illinois; two daughters: Jennifer Daniels (Vincent) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; Amy Cox (Charlie) of Seabring, Florida; his sister Carolyn Shipman of Billings, Montana; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father; and a brother Kelly Shipman.

Visitation for Mr. Shipman will be Monday April 23, 2018 from 1:00 pm until service time at Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Monday April 23, 2018 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home Chapel in Yellville, Arkansas with Bruce Trogdon officiating.

Interment will follow at Freck Cemetery near Yellville.

Pallbearers will be Tim Tibbs, Steven Meadows, Bruce Trogdon, Zack Shipman, Wesley Shipman, and Jr. Shipman.

I'm sorry to hear of Tims passing . I worked with Tim for many years .He was a great friend and coworker and one of the best trim carpenters around . He will truly be missed I thought a lot of him , RIP my friend . Praying for comfort for his family
