Hiram Lee Davis, age 100, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Flippo's Carefree Living in Bull Shoals, Arkansas.

Hiram was born February 28, 1917 in Mena, Arkansas to the late Lloyd and Elizabeth (Hoffman) Davis. He worked as a journeyman and was a member of the IBEW for 35 plus years. He could fix anything and had an inquisitive mind all his life. He was a Godly man and a loving father. Hiram attended New Hope Baptist Church in Yellville, Arkansas. He loved the Lord and His word, and was willing to share the love of Jesus with anyone who cared to listen. He was a social, active, hardworking man who enjoyed laughter and people. He had a smile for anyone who crossed his path. If you were lucky enough to know Hiram, you are blessed to have met a one-of-a-kind, special man.

Hiram is survived and loved by his son Terry Lee Davis of Springfield, Missouri; his niece Betsy (Frank) Young; and his nephews: David (Dana) Johnson; Don (Dottie) Middleton.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Isabelle Davis in 2015. Hiram will always be deeply loved by Isabelle's surviving family and his Carefree family.

Visitation for Mr. Davis will be 10:00 '''' 11:00 am Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Roller-Burns Funeral in Yellville, Arkansas with Bro. Jack Jefferson and Bro. Danny Gilley officiating.

Interment will follow at De Soto Cemetery near Yellville.

Pallbearers will be Terry Davis, Doug Layton, Joey Hall, David Johnson, Vince Johnson, and Danny Gilley.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Wolf, Jerry Wolf, Gary Wolf, John Wolf, Jack Meier, Frank Young, and Matt Still.

All are welcome to attend and celebrate Hiram's life. The family would like to thank Flippo's Carefree Living for all their care these last five years, and to Roller-Burns Funeral Home for their attentive service.

Hiram was an interesting man with a beautiful soul. I always enjoy talking to him when I was there to sing with my friends. He had a delightful sense of humor and his zest for life showed in his eyes. Sending prayers for the family and the many friends. He will be missed, until we meet him again.
