Mason Vincent McPherson, age 21 of Peel, Arkansas went to be with his Lord Sunday, December 17, 2017 in Harrison, Arkansas.
The son of Tim and Carol (Riddle) McPherson was born September 29, 1996 in Harrison, Arkansas.
Mason was a 2015 graduate of Lead Hill High School and received his welding certificate from North Arkansas College. He recently began working for APAC. He loved hunting, riding 4-wheelers and horses, and being outdoors.
What he loved the most was spending time with his family, friends, and girlfriend Katie. To his friends he was known as ''Big Country'' but ''Big Heart'' best described him. Mason's infectious smile and compassionate heart shined bright to all he came in contact with. He smiled big and he loved big.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Bill McPherson and C H Riddle.
Mason is survived by his parents Tim and Carol (Riddle) McPherson and sisters Morgan and Madison McPherson of Peel, Arkansas; grandparents Gary and Sharon Kish of Diamond City, Arkansas; and Linda Riddle of Peel, Arkansas; aunts and uncles Willie and Tanya Bousquet of Lead Hill, Arkansas; Scott and Tina Burleson of Monarch, Arkansas; Hank and Brenda Riddle of Peel, Arkansas; girlfriend Katie Hicks of Harrison, Arkansas; six special cousins and a host of friends who loved him and will miss him.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 '''' 8:00 pm, Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home in Yellville, Arkansas.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 22, 2017 at Peel Full Gospel Church in Peel, Arkansas with his Uncle and Pastor Willie Bousquet officiating.
Burial will follow at Peel Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Travis Bousquet, Ryan Bousquet, Samuel Burleson, Jacob Burleson, Ben Riddle, Jacy Riddle, Trey Rogers and Christopher Casey.
Honorary pallbearers are his three uncles, Tommy Powell and Robert Blair.
Memorial contributions may be made to Arvest Bank in the name of Tim and Carol McPherson.
