Patricia ''Patty'' Ann Adams, age 60, of Yellville, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Patty was born April 19, 1957 in Elmhurst, Illinois to the late Walter and Joan (Boisvert) Corbin. She was an assembler for Ranger Boat Manufacturing in Flippin, Arkansas. She had lived in the area since 2000. She loved her family, horses, and nature. She also enjoyed shopping and was a proud grandmother.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her husband, John, of the home; her son Ray James Hornkohl of Illinois; her daughter Ashley (Dustin) Woodell of Gassville, Arkansas; two brothers: Louie (Gloria) Corbin and William (Vera) Corbin, all of California; three sisters: Diane (Ed) Grimm; Sharon (John) Beyer; Joanie (John) Schwinn; all of Illinois; two grandchildren: Grant P. Woodell, and Lela M. Woodell; Floyd Miner who was known as ''Dad''; several nieces and nephews; and her best friend, her ''Thelma and Louise'' partner, Linda Cassidy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her ''Mom'', Barbara Miner.

A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held for Patricia Adams will be held from 10:00 am until Noon Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Roller-Burns Funeral Home Chapel.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House, 701 Burnett Dr., Mountain Home, AR 72653
