Betty Jo Sarringar, age 78, of Pindall, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018, in Harrison. She was born September 9, 1939, in Newport, Arkansas, the daughter of Jody and Helen (York) Boyce. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stewart Sarringar; her parents; and a grandson, William Edwin Tidmore.
Betty had been a resident of Pindall for 24 years. She retired after 28 years of service as Postmaster in several locations. She enjoyed painting, gardening, reading and listening to her audio books. Betty loved to do baking with her grandchildren and thrift store shopping.
Betty is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Tidmore and husband Bill of Pindall, Arkansas and Jamie Chrisman and the late Patrick, Sr., of Branson, Missouri; three sisters; two brothers; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A private Celebration of Life was Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Betty's home with Bro. Dean Dill officiating.
The family thanks Hospice of the Hills and NARMC for the care of their mother.

Jamie and Jennifer sorry for the loss of your Mom she was a wonderful Mom & Grandma & sister to me. She will be missed by all of us. I will miss getting Birthday cards between her and I .
