Helen Branch, age 96, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018, in Harrison. She was born September 13, 1921, in Bald Knob, Arkansas, the daughter of S.K. and Ludie (Caruthers) Grimes.

Helen was a member of Bergman Church of Christ. She worked for Levi Strauss for 15 years retiring as a seamstress. Helen enjoyed quilting, camping, and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved Christmas, baking pies (chocolate and coconut cream), made the best fried chicken, and she loved Sundays when her family would come visit.

Helen is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Rod and Debbie Branch, Ron and Judy Branch, and Leola Branch; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde Branch, Sr.; her son, Ernie Branch; and her brothers, Bill, Earnest, and Oran Grimes.



Funeral service was 2:00PM, Thursday, March 1, 2018, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Bro. Johnny Arnold, officiating.

Burial was in York Cemetery, Bergman.

Pallbearers were Richard Branch, Phillip Branch, Matt Branch, Bo Branch, Zac Branch and Scott Branch.
