Linda Lee Lasko, age 62, of Harrison, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016, in Harrison. She was born July 3, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois, to Norman and Magret (Zemke) Lasko. She was preceded in death by her brother, David Lasko.

Linda was a member of Lakeland Baptist Church in Omaha. She enjoyed watching movies and wore out her Little House on the Prairie tapes. She was an avid crafter of many things, especially if they were purple. She loved to go in Hobby Lobby and look to see what she could make. She was taught to play piano by her mother, was very intelligent, and enjoyed internet activities. While participating in the Special Olympics, she won several medals and wore them proudly.

Linda is survived by her parents; her sister, Sherri Lasko, of Oak Park, Illinois; her brother, Keith Lasko, of Chicago, Illinois; and a host of dear friends.

Funeral service was Friday, August 26, 2016, at Lakeland Baptist Church in Omaha, with Brother Carl Garvin officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service.

Interment was in Lakeland Cemetery in Omaha.

Pallbearers were Keith Lasko, Victor Lasko, Nick DePriest, Troy Brasel, Justin Woolwine and Damien Cordova.

Honorary pallbearers were Boone County Special Services and Independent Living friends.
