Delilah May Payne, age 93, of Harrison, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2015, in Jasper, Arkansas. She was born December 21, 1922, in Fairview, Oklahoma, the daughter of Harry E. and Bessie Marie (Vance) Allen, who preceded her in death along with her husband, Carl Payne.
