Students know when a teacher truly cares. Mrs. McNutt truly cared. She inspired you to always do better. She touched many young lives.
I was one of those and I am grateful for all the skills that I learned from her.
In the most recent years, I have prayed for her health almost daily. She still inspired us all on social media with her uplifting posts and her Faith and her courage.
She will be greatly missed, but what a legacy she leaves.
My sincere thoughts and prayers are with her sons and their families at this time.
From the 1st time I ever stepped into HHS your beautiful smile is what I saw. You never judged a single child. Your heart and arms were always wide open to everyone! You loved with your entire soul! I learned more than just office management from you! You are now an Angel among us, watching as we type and use all of the skills you loved to teach us! I will forever be grateful for having known you both as a teacher and my friend! I will always love you Mrs. McNutt! Heaven must be rejoicing! And everyone is smiling! Love you!!
I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Agnes. Although the years have gone by without seeing her, we have stayed in contact vis Facebook and telephone. She was a dear friend and I enjoyed teaching with her in Harrison. Agnes was a role model to her students. I admired her positive attitude during her last days. She was always giving positive support to others, not thinking of herself. My prayers go out to Mike and Joey, what I called them in the classroom as their math teacher, and their wives and children. Agnes loved her sons, daughter in laws, and grandchildren. She talked about her love for them often. Heaven has a new Angel. Joe is waiting there with his arms out stretched to welcome her home. I will miss you, my dear friend.
Sally, Sheila, and families,
