Sandra and family, I know Delmar Joe had a difficult journey in these last few years but oh what a joyous spirit he always possessed. I never remember a time from early days at Shawnee to the last time I saw him that he didn't have a smile that encompassed his whole being and brightened the life of those around him. It is with deep sadness that I extend condolences to his family and many friends.
