William Nelson Rowsey, 53, of Osceola, AR went to be with the Lord, Monday, February 27, 2017. Born June 15, 1963 to Bobby and Terry Rowsey. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Osceola, retired Lieutenant of the Osceola Police Department, Graduate of Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in Camden, and Oakhaven Baptist Academy in Memphis, TN. Survivors include his wife of 28 years: Leslie Rowsey of Osceola, AR; son William Hayden (Kat) Rowsey of Fayetteville, AR; daughter: Elizabeth Blaire (Richard) Freeman of Osceola, AR; grandchildren: William Alexander Rowsey and Amelia Grace Freeman; mother: Terry Rowsey of Cordova, TN; sister: Kim Colvin of Southaven MS and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father.
You were the best dad I'll miss you always see you again in Heaven. We love you so much please hold us tight in your arms each and every day from above.
My heart is so broken! I will miss you all my life! You were a wonderful father and a loving husband and grandfather. Save a place for us my sweet angel! I'll love you forever!!

Nelson very very much. Wish so much love to the family , he will

So sorry about Nelson. He was a very dedicated policeman and you could tell he loved his job for he gave it his all.
He is going to be truly missed.
