Donald Jerry Jackson, 82, of Osceola, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. He was born December 18, 1933 in Dell, Arkansas, to the late James Farmer and Linnye King Jackson. He was a member of Westside Baptist Church in Osceola, a retired manager at American Greetings Corporation. Survivors include his wife Vera Jackson of Osceola, AR; two daughters: Tammi Jackson (David) Ritchie of Milledgeville, GA and Terri Jackson (Jay) Page of Osceola, AR; grandchildren: Ryan Jackson Ritchie and Mollie Case Ritchie; brother: Gary R. ''Dickie'' (JoAnn) Jackson of Lubbock, TX; a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; son: Donald Jerry Jackson Jr.; brothers: James F. Jackson, Harold K. Jackson and Larry Burks Jackson; sisters: Edith Jackson Eoff, Dixie Jackson Thaxton, Billie Jackson Boren and Carolyn Jackson Veach Barnum.

So sorry for your loss I worked with Jerry for several years @ A.G & he always treated me as a friend instead of a employee , even after we both retired from the company it didn't make any difference he still had time to talk to about what was going on when I would see him out & about. It goes without saying he will be missed.
