Elizabeth Anne Reed, 81, of Marion, Arkansas passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018.
She was born September 4, 1936 in Hattieville, Arkansas to Ada Athlene Loyd and Clarence Edwards.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Sue Mooney and Dannie Duncan and one brother, Gary Stephen Edwards.
She is survived by her husband, Denver Reed and one daughter, Lesa Anne Palmer; two sisters, Helen Richardson and Margaret Hines of Cordova, TN; three brothers, Jim Edwards of Hattieville, AR; Clarence Edwards Jr. of Conway, AR; and Wendell Edwards of Hattieville, AR; two grandchildren, Justin Palmer (Katie) and Amanda Todd (Stephen) and four great grandchildren.
Anne retired from J. A. Riggs Tractor Company in West Memphis and also from a part-time position with the West Memphis Chamber of Commerce. She loved to sew, quilt and garden. She loved being an active member of Avondale Missionary Baptist Church, as well as, secretary to the Community Bible Study group and a member of the Quota Club of West Memphis.

Lesa my heart breaks for you my friend as I know how hard it is to lose your best friend your mother. I'm sure David was waiting on her at the entry of those golden gates with your grandson in his arms handing him to her. What joy she is experiencing now. I love you my friend. Prayers

Our hearts are sadden on the loss of Anne. Our children still remember her teaching them in Sunday school as well as our grandson Preston. She was such a remarkable Christian

So sorry to hear this, I have known Anne and Denver for such a long time, and Lesa for a long while now.
