So sorry for your loss may you find peace and comfort in the words spoken at 2 Corinthians 1:3 & 4" ( 3) Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, (4 ) who comforts us in all our trials so that we may be able to comfort others in any sort of trial with the comfort that we receive from God

How wonderful it was growing up on 21st Street with the Allens, Blackfords and Comptons! Those were great days that will never be forgotten! Mother and Betty were as close as sisters and our families were as one! No one were truer friends than daddy and Bennie! They are all together again! A truly sad day for us all. We love your family very much and are truly sorry for your loss!

I'm so sorry to hear of Betty Sue’s passing. Loosing a loved one is never easy. I lost my dad in 2010, and my mom in 2012. After my losses, reading Revelation 21:3,4 gave me real comfort. It says: And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. I hope reading these verses also give you comfort during this difficult time. GW
