Billie Hicks Peden, 43, of Earle, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
Born July 7, 1973 in Norman, Oklahoma to Lorelia Minyard Hicks and Charles Hicks, she was a loving wife, mother, daughter, mamaw, and sister. She enjoyed working in the family locksmithing business with her husband, loved the Dallas Cowboys, music, 4 wheeler riding, and playing with the grandbabies.
She is preceded in death by Laura Darby, sister; and Carl Peden, brother.
Survivors include her husband of twelve years, Roger Peden; three sons: Donnie Peden, Hernando, Mississippi, Shane Peden, Earle, Arkansas, and Anthony Sims, Munford, Tennessee; daughter: Ashley (Cody) Wilson, Parkin, Arkansas; granddaughters: Anna Sims Wilson and Halie Sims Wilson; mother: Lorelia Whatley, West Memphis, Arkansas; father: Charles Hicks, Prescott, Arkansas; and sister: Gloria Hicks, West Memphis, Arkansas
Visitation will be held 2:00-4:00 PM, Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 N. Pine Street, West Memphis, Arkansas. Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 19, 2017 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home with Reverend Clayton Adams officiating. Burial will be in Crittenden Memorial Park, Marion, Arkansas.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or donor's choice.

Although your hearts are filled with pain and sorrow, my hope is that you gain comfort from God's promise to reunite us with our loved ones on the earth; never having to say goodbye again. For Jesus will make this earth the problem-free paradise that his Father intended it to be. Revelationn 21:4; and John 5:28, 29 speaks of that resurrection.
