Annie Laura Harper- Tucker, 78, daughter of the late Bobby P. and Francis I. Whitlock- Lepard was born August 11, 1938 in New Albany, Mississippi and entered into eternal rest February 26, 2017 in Wynne. Ms. Tucker was of the Baptist faith with her membership in the former Valley View Baptist Church of Wynne. She is survived by her two sons; Bobby G. Harper ( Heidi ) of Evansville, Indiana and Richard L. Harper, Sr. ( Brenda ) of Wynne. Also surviving are thirteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one sister, Helen Daniel of Middleton, Tennessee. Ms. Tucker is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Jimmy Edward Harper; brothers Billy and Jimmy Lepard along with her husbands Billy Harper and Leroy Tucker. The family will receive their friends from 12pm-1pm Wednesday March 1, 2017 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home with Graveside Services following at 1:45pm in Crittenden Memorial Park Cemetery.
