Robert Frank ( Bob ) Sullivan, 88, of West Memphis passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 14, 2017 at his home. He was born in Walthall, MS on February 2, 1928. He was retired from Nurre Glass Co. He was preceded in death by his parents Clem and Hattie Sullivan, a brother, T.H. Sullivan and daughter Alice Freyaldenhoven. Mr. Sullivan is survived by his wife of 70 years, Betty, along with two daughters, Jean Cozart ( Jack ) of West Memphis, and Patricia Derby of Dubuque, Iowa; six grandchildren who called him "pop" are Amanda McNamara ( Lt. Colonel John ) of Wiesbaden, Germany, Melinda Bryan ( Matthew ) of Choudrant, LA, Michael Freyaldenhoven, II ( Amanda ) of Mobile, AL, Allison Crowe ( Alex ) of Texarkana, TX, Robert Freyaldenhoven of Memphis, and Blake Derby of Dubuque, IA; nine great grandchildren Chloe, J.J., Colin, Olivia McNamara, Hannah Claire, Brooklyn and Olivia Bryan and baby on the way along with other great grandchildren ,Michael and Noah Freyaldenhoven. Also surviving Robert is one brother Jesse Sullivan ( Myra ) of West Memphis along with many nieces and nephews, and son-in-law Michael Freyaldenhoven of Choudrant, LA. The family would like to extend a special thank you to his caregivers; Annie, April, Donna and JoAnn and all the nurses of Hospice Care along with Reverend Tim Gabbard. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude in Bob's memory.

Jackie and I are sad to hear that Bobby has past. I can truly say that Bobby and Betty were the best neighbors that any one could have. I remember Bobby with that big chew in his jaw.
