Debbie - I was so sorry to learn of Elton's death. Virginia sent the obituary from the paper to me. I don't have an address for you, so this is the best I can do. Woody and I had so many good times with the two of you, and of course, when Woody became ill, we couldn't do much any more. I wish you well, and will keep you in my prayers as you walk this path. My very best regards and good wishes to you.

Debbie and Richard-
I am sorry to hear of the loss of "Big Elton", as we always called him at our house. I will remember him as my neighbor on Roosevelt, one of my dads law partners (the reason my parents moved to West Memphis), I will remember good times at Uncle Toms Cabin and the fact the he was at the hospital when I was born (so the story goes). Please know that you and your families are in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to hear about Elton. We were fortunate to have known him 40+ years and although physically he is no longer among us, surely the legacy of his humorous personality and many kindnesses will endure forever. He will be missed and remembered forever.

Debbie and Family,
We are deeply saddened to hear of Eltons passing. We loved for him to come in the bank and visit. We were laughing even after he left. His stories were ones to remember. We will talk of Elton for Years to come along with the temporary checks story. We will never forget. May God comfort you and your family. With greatest sympathy...... The Girls
