On January 2nd I had my 45th birthday. I thought of the only person I could think of who had been my babysitter so long ago. I'm sorry I just got word from the Royce's of her passing.
So much love always,
Scott

I was so sorry to hear our beloved Mrs. Bonner has passed, but I know she's helping care for God's children in heaven. I will always remember her smiling face when I was a child at Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church. She cared for all 5 of us Royce children when we were growing up. We all loved her dearly and still laugh and tell stories about her to this day. I hope you can find comfort in knowing that she was a positive impact on many children in her lifetime.

The family of Pauline Land (room 708 GS) express our sympathy on the loss of your mother. She was a very dear woman and we enjoyed visiting with her. Also, my daughter-in-law is from West Helena and said her grandmother was Florence Bonner who married Charles Webster Waters. Her mother is Sarah Warrick of WH. Small world! God Bless you all.

Mrs. Juanita meant the world to us and was such a comfort and prayer warrior for us when my mom first came to Good Shepherd and was struggling with her first several months in long term care. Mrs. Juanita became family to us and soon became know as Granny J to my Taylor. She always had a smile, a hug and something uplifting to say to us and we were the better for knowing her. We love her and will miss her dearly as I know so many others who have been blessed to know her will. You will be in our prayers!

Phillip - your Rock Creek family will also be lifting you and your family up. Love you guys!

Our prayers are with you in this time of great loss. We loved her dearly and she has made our time with my mom at Good Shepherd so much better. She was a friend, a confidante and a second grandma "Granny J" to my daughter. She was a real prayer warrior during some tough times and her sweet smile and her hug always kept at the ready meant so much to us. She will be missed by so many at Good Shepherd as no doubt she will be missed by so many others touched by her special kindness.

Dear friends, I was so sad to see the notice about your Mother. She was a dear, dear lady and I know all of you will miss her. I will always remember her standing at the stove stirring something in a pot and one of you asking her "Is it soup yet?" She (and all of you) was a bright part of my teenage years. Wish I could be there tomorrow. My prayers and thoughts are with you all.

I had the honor of meeting Mrs. Bonner on my rare visits to Good Shepherd to visit with my aunt and uncle. What a gracious and loving person - she exuded love and kindness to everyone she could possibly reach, including myself and my family. I feel blessed to have known her. My prayers are with the family at this time of loss.

We loved MeMe so very, very much. She had so many positive and loving influences on the children she helped raise that there has to be a mansion in heaven just for her. Her ministry with the children's programs at Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church gave many young families a break with "Parents Nite Out" and I do believe that we couldn't have made it without her! We are so sad to be having to say goodbye to her.

To "Bonner's" family,
We knew her simply as "Bonner" after first meeting her at Lakeshore Drive Baptist Church. The dearest, sweetest lady we ever knew, so full of love for everyone. She was loved in return - a ray of sunshine always with her big smile, bright eyes and happy nature. We will remember her always. Your own family memories will be your comfort in the days ahead.
Sincerely,
