Veaundella Mae (Goodrich) Hendricks, 82, of Conway, AR, went to be with the Lord Sunday, February 4, 2018. She was born April 3, 1935 in Clay Township of Dunklin County, MO to the late Luther and Ola Belle (Holmes) Goodrich. Veaundella was also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Edward G. Hendricks; sisters, Bonnie Jones-Brown and Carolyn Hudson; and brother, Carlos Goodrich.
Veaundella was a faithful member of the Liberty Church of Christ. She grew up in the Southern Christian Home in Morrilton. She and her husband Ed sold real estate in California before moving back to Arkansas. In Arkansas she obtained her teaching degree from State College of Arkansas (UCA) and taught math in Vilonia High School and Central Arkansas Christian in North Little Rock. Veaundella was loved very much by her friends and family, who will dearly miss her.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving family, daughter, Betsy Hendricks (Gary), sons, David Hendricks (Anna) and Fred Hendricks (Pat); grandchildren, Sara Batcheller (James), Bradley Hendricks, Jason Barnett (Rhonda), Kristi Connell (Trey), Will Davis (Jaime), Tiffany Eastburn (Chris), Jacob Hendricks, Amanda Dessert (Jeffrey) and Merewyn Fowler; numerous great-grandchildren, sister, Sue Goodrich-Wicks-Haynes, brother, Otis Goodrich (Barbara) and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Thursday, February 8th at Roller-McNutt with entombment to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway.
