I was privileged to be able to work with Britt for over 12 years. He would come in to the office sometimes daily just to talk or hang out. He loved Jolly Rancher Candy so I made sure to keep some around just for him. To say he will be missed is an understatement. He was kind, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. May you rest in peace my friend.
I've known Britt for almost 24 years working at the Insurance Department, Britt will be missed, he was someone I could depend on when I had issues with my computer. To the Simmons Family, I am so sorry for your loss.
I worked with Britt for 15 years prior to moving to PA. HE was definitely part of my work family. Everyone always knew you could depend on him to solve any problem you had with a computer. He was sweet, funny, kind, and compassionate. And he will be missed deeply. I'm so sorry for your loss. With deepest sympathy.
Sue, Cheryl, Jeff, and Kathy,
We were so very saddened and shocked to hear of Britt's passing. We are praying for your family for strength and peace. If we can do anything, please call us.
We love you.

I am so saddened by the passing of my Friend Britt! I got the privilege to work with Britt for almost 7 years. I have a lot of memories of Britt that I will remember for as long as I live. When my computer would go haywire Britt was always there to fix it .There was not a day that went by that Britt did not make his stop in the Finance Division just to talk or make sure everything was working on my computer ( I guess I messed my computer up to much) I will miss his big smile and the many talks we had about his wonderful sister (his words) :) . I had a conversation with Britt before he left on Thursday, I told him my brain was not working real well that day , he looked at me with a smirk and said your brain isn't working , which I replied no Britt not everyone is as smart as you , in which he replied you think I'm smart , I said Britt you are not just smart I think you are very INTELLEGENT! He replied to me with the very last smiles I will see from him . Britt will be greatly missed by many but one day I will see him again :) . My prayers are with the Simmons family as well as the people who really got to know Britt .
What are we going to do now when we have a computer problem? You would always come and help me out and we would talk. Not to long ago we talked about retirement because both of us have been here for a very long time. We were even to go have lunch tomorrow (Tuesday). I will miss seeing you around the department and your smile. RIP Britt and until we see you again. Praying for your family
My heart goes out to Britt's family. I have been praying for all of you. I had the privilege of working with Britt for 20 years. He always took care of all my computer needs. He would go above and beyond to fix whatever was wrong. Britt was so intelligent. I remember when there were only two (2) people in our Computer section, and Britt was one of them. He was very dedicated to his job. I have fond memories of him walking around with his HUGE water cup, and crunching on ice while he was trying to figure out the computer problem. He never gave up till he solved the problem. Britt almost every day came by in the morning and greeted everyone, and would laugh and smile, while he listened to our stories. Britt you will be missed very much. It was a pleasure to work with you. RIP my friend.
Sue and Cheryl,
We are so sorry about Britt. He was so young which is scary. I guess we never know when. We care about you since we were around you in earlier times. Just know we are thinking about you all.
I am so sorry for your loss! I've worked with Britt at the Insurance Department for the last 3 years. He was a very nice gentleman, always smiled and spoke every time I seen him. He will definitely be missed!
Britt - I will miss you. It was my privilege to know you, and my thoughts and prayers are with your family. Thank you for sharing him with us.
I worked with Britt at the Insurance Department. We did not get to see as much of Britt after we moved out of the building, when we were is the building, he would always come by to visit. He did continue to come to our office to help when we had issues and would sometimes just stop by to say Hello. I'm sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with your family. Rest in Peace Britt.
Britt,
I will miss our early morning visits; and, I know that you will be missed by the entire Arkansas Insurance Department.
You left us too early my friend.

Britt was a great go-to guy for IT help. He seemed always happy to assist me and spoke in a way that I could understand it. He will be missed!
I pray for peace, comfort, and understanding for the Simmons family during this difficult time.
Your family is in our hearts and prayers. Britt touched the lives of many with his uncanny humor and savvy tech knowledge. He was a gentle soul and very kind to me and many others during our day to day work. Britt will be greatly missed.
My sincere thoughts and prayers go out to Britt's family. I have known Britt since I started at the Department in 2000 and he was always courteous and we always found stuff to talk about outside of work stuff. He will be sorely missed as my friend and as my co-worker. May God bless you all during this difficult time with peace, comfort, and healing.

The Simmons family, I would like to extend my sincere sympathy to all of you. This sad news shocked me since we were just talking the morning before when I had let me get all Werthers out of my candy bowl. I have worked with Britt for past 27 years and we shared the same birthday. He was a great guy and very helpful with his computer knowledge. He had a great since on humor that he let me see it often when we would chat early in mornings since he arrived very early. I will miss our visits and chats.
May God Bless you all.
Deepest sympathy. Thoughts amd prayers for the family.
So sorry to hear this news. Worked with Britt At the Dept.
Britt was such a joy to be around. He was a handsome, funny, kind, intelligent, well, just an all around awesome man. I never saw him without a cup in his hand. I use to get so tickled because he'd come in to our area and talk, walk out without his cup and five minutes be back for it. I will miss seeing him around and hearing his stories. My thought and prayers are with you during this very difficult moment. May God wrap you in His arms and hold you close.
I am so sorry to hear of Britt's passing. He was a special person, and will be missed. As an employee with him all those 28 years, I can say he was the biggest part that kept our IT department running. Blessings!
I am going to miss you sooooo much Britt. I know you are in a better place now but it's so heavy on my heart right now. I know I was your best friend and we will be together again soon.
My prayers to the family and I am here to do anything I can for you!!! Britt was a few years older than me but he was and always will be my little brother. We shared so much together about work and life!!!!! Rest in Life my friend!!!!
