Joyce Ann Short, 70, of Conway passed from this life on Monday, August 29, 2016. She was born Friday, August 16, 1946 in Perryville, Arkansas to Opal and Verlia Sloss. Mrs. Short loved to cook, but her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jerry Sloss.
Survivors include her daughter Stacy Prout (Mitchell Collins) of Conway, grandchildren Connor Prout, Lilly Prout, Colt Collins all of Conway, cousin Betty Shapter of Conway, nephew Jimmy Sloss of Russellville, best friend Shirley Garrett of Conway, and a special person in her life, Bailey Prout of Conway.
Visitation will be 9:00am-11:00am on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with a private family graveside service to follow at 12:00pm at Crestlawn Memorial Park.

I met your mom while I took care of her at CRMC, so only was around her for a short while, but I know she must have been a great mom to raise such a sweet girl who is also a great mom to her babies! I know you will miss her! If you ever need to call someone I am here <3 I am so sorry for your loss!
