Carolyn J. Cooper of Searcy, Arkansas completed her earthly journey on May 8, 2017 at her home at the age of 68 years. She was born in East Prairie, Missouri to the late Virgil and Jennittie Lee Underwood Sansoucie. She was a member of The Gathering Place.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Diamond Jackson Sansoucie.
Mrs. Cooper is survived by her husband, Louis Cooper of Searcy; three sons, Tony Cooper (Kris) of Frisco, Texas, James Cooper and Brad (Jamie) Cooper, of Searcy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Colin (Katie), Tamara, Cameron, Andrew, Elizabeth, William, Aiden and Nathan Cooper and Hunter Rodgers along with one great-grandson, Canon Cooper. Five sisters Euna (Hugh) Ridenour of Florida; Doshia Bledsoe, Barbara Morris, Sandra (Randy) Reynolds and Ellen Richardson and four brothers, Thomas ''Buddy'' (Karen) Sansoucie, Virgil ''Sonny'' (Glenda) Sansoucie, Walter Sansoucie and Johnny (Judy) Sansoucie all of White County, Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Cooper loved to be outside and doing yard work as long as she could. Her true love was her family and being with her children and grandchildren as often as she possibly could be. Carolyn took pride in whatever she set out to do and was faithful to the task which was evident in her ability to work side by side with her husband to build Cooper Heating and Air. She was an active member of The Gathering Place and was there as often as her health allowed her to be.
Graveside services are scheduled for Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 10:00 AM at White County Memorial Gardens in Searcy, Arkansas with Bro. Barak Stafford officiating. Arrangements under the direction of Roller-Daniel Funeral Home of Searcy.

Prayers for Louis and the family. Carolyn was always so friendly. I enjoyed visiting with her over the years. Truly a great lady!
