Franklin Delano Wilson, Sr., age 79, entered eternal life on November 12, 2016. He was born May 24, 1937 to Harvey B and Cora Ester Lee (Boldan) Wilson in Earle, Arkansas.
Frank served in the United States Air Force from 1955 to 1959. He then entered the Federal Civil Service, from which he retired in 1995. Upon retirement, he and his wife moved to Mountain Home. He was a faithful member of the College and North Church of Christ.
Frank is survived by his wife, Coleen of Mountain Home, his sons: Franklin D. (Kim) Wilson, Jr. of Pearl, Mississippi and Steven (Tammy) Ibarra of Lake Ozark, Missouri, his daughters: Brenda Shannon and Tina (Kelly) Cantrell, both of Mountain Home. Also surviving him are fifteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, his brother, Jerry Wilson of Alexander, Arkansas and several nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and three sisters.
Frank was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle. He loved his family, God and his friends with all his heart.
Visitation will be from 10 '''' 11 AM Tuesday. November 15, 2016 at the College and North Church of Christ, A funeral service will follow at 11 AM at the church with Ken Burton officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Baxter Memorial Gardens.

My heart is sad for the passing of Frank. He was such a pleasure to be around. So positive & caring about others. He will be missed & his pew at church will be minus a great man. May God be with his family during this time of sorrow.
