Peace is his. He was last of a breed in Mountain Home. His laughter and love is missed. He provided a home in which I always felt welcome. A model I know I could have turned to in need. I am lucky to have known Bill and Joy. I am thinking of you all- Perry, Debbie, and Vicki. Love, Jill
