Larry Kent "Kenny" Wallis, age 60 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born in Marshall on April 12, 1955 to Dorsey and Lillian Wallis.
Kenny became a Christian at a young age and was a member of the Walnut Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and working on old vehicles. In earlier years he always had a ''project'' vehicle he was working on. Folks of the community may remember Kenny as a young teenager riding his bicycle all around town and often only on the back wheel. Those who knew him best would agree that he was a very likable person. Kenny will be missed by friends and loved ones alike.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Dorsey Wallis and one brother, Gary Wallis. Survivors include his mother, Lillian ''Clark'' Wallis of Marshall; one brother, Tommy Wallis and wife Shirley of Flippin; nephews, Eric (Jenny) Wallis of Siloam Springs and Bryan (Jessica) Wallis of Morrilton; niece, Jennifer (Brian) Ezzell of Houston, TX; five great nephews and one great niece.
Funeral services for Kenny will be 2:00 PM Monday, February 1st, 2016 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Gary Ragland officiating. Visitation will be at 1:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Marshall Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Eric Wallis, Bryan Wallis, Danny Wallis, Tim Wallis, Keith Clark and Scott Turney. Honorary pallbearers will be Parker Wallis, Nolan Wallis, Remi Wallis, Kyle Thomas, Aaron Thomas and Caleb Wallis.

Kenny was my brother in law and family, his passing leaves a empty place in my heart. He will be greatly missed.
I was so sorry to hear of my childhood friend passing, he was always the life of the party an none of us could keep up with him on our bikes. He will be greatly missed.
I am so sorry for your loss. Kenny always has a smile for anyone he met. I will miss seeing Kenny around down. I seen him just the other day and we talked for a few minutes. It will be a great loss for family and friends.
