Ruth Ann Smith, 67, of Millington, Tennessee died Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Methodist Hospice Residence in Memphis.
Mrs. Smith retired from the Memphis City School System as an interpreter for the deaf.
She is survived by her husband of forty years Charles Smith , and sister Rose Barnes.
