Jim Pratt, age 73 of Covington, TN, passed away on December 19, surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 12, 1940 in Maumee, Ohio to the late Albert and Enga M. (Ingraham) Pratt.
Jim retired from the US Navy after 20 years of service in 1987, and then spent 16 years working at Plant Maintenance Service Corporation. He was a 39 year and 3 month friend of Bill W.
Jim is survived by his children: Troy (Destinee) Pratt of Jacksonville, FL; Lynda (Jim) Ross of Birmingham, AL; Elaine Pickett of Arab, AL; Vicky (Brian) Harbison of Coleman, AL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, and a sister, Inga (Dr. Michael) Tokar of Gaithersburg, MD.
A Memorial Service will take place at 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 23, 2013 at Roller Family Funeral Home, with a graveside service immediately following at the Memphis National Cemetery, Memphis, TN. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22, 2013 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
