Patricia Jane Owens, 85, of Helena, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 16, 2017 in Southaven, Mississippi.
Patricia was born December August 19, 1932 to James Mc Lauren Thompson and Fannie Dora Edwards Thompson.
She leaves behind to mourn her, a sister, Doris Ann Holmes (Warren) of Helena, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Thomas Owens. Her past time was golf and Volunteering at the church. She had a warm place in her heart for animals

Pat was the best friend and neighbor anybody could ever have! My dog, Mr. Black loved her too, and he was always welcome in her home. This tiny little woman had a heart as big as Texas, and was generous to a fault. Whether she was folding bulletins at the church, or making cheeze straws (actually patties), she gave everything her best effort. She was never one to judge, belittle or gossip, and always had something good to say. I am a better person for having known her, and I'm sure that she has touched other lives in the same way. I loved her so much! Condolences to Doris Ann and the family.
