Regina Gail Hislip, age 52, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Hislip was born August 25, 1965 in Helena to the late John ''Buck'' and Blanche Easley. She was a homemaker who worked for the Helena West Helena School District for over 20 years.
She is survived by two sons, William Hislip, Jr. of Fayetteville and Gary Hislip of West Helena; daughter, Melanie Hislip of West Helena; four grandchildren, Allison Mora, Joe Mora, Jr., Daulton Mora and Kori Hislip; sister, Carolyn Clemons (Kent, Sr.) of Lexa; brother, Dennis Easley of Lexa; fiancé, Terry Nichols; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William Hislip, Sr.
A graveside service for Regina Hislip will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Central Cemetery in Lexa. Honorary pallbearers are Terry Nichols, Richard Willicut, Gene Self, Tyler Self, Harold Clemons and Kent Clemons, Jr.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help cover funeral expenses.
Service will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870) 572-2571.
RIP to one of the best friends I have had in my lifetime. Prayers are with the families.
