Alford Neeley, age 57, of Lexa, Arkansas passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017 in Marianna. Mr. Neeley was born April 19, 1959 to the late Edward and Mary Neeley. He attended Church of God of Prophecy and worked as a self-employed millwright.
He is survived by three sons, Joshua Neeley of Oneida, Robert Lee Sullivan and John Andrew Neeley; two sisters, Rebecca Hornsby of Henderson, Texas and Connie Neeley of Fort Worth, Texas; five brothers, Elbert ''Pee Wee'' Barron of Henderson, Texas, Joe Neeley of Conroe, Texas, Benjamin Neeley of Alvin, Texas, Johnny Neeley of Ohio and Eddy Neeley; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Judy Ann Nash.
A graveside service for Alford Neeley will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Central Cemetery in Lexa. Pastor Doris Smith and Brother Adam Rowland will officiate.
Honorary pallbearers are Fred Johnson, Elma Frazier, Kenny Frazier, Danny Drayton, Kelvin Ross and Martin Blocker.
