Lester Wayne Jackson, 91, of Holly Springs, Mississippi passed away Monday, April 03, 2017 in Holly Springs Nursing Home. Wayne was born September 5, 1925 in Avalon, Mississippi to John William Jackson and Mary Fisackerly Jackson.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Norma Jackson; two daughters, Diane Burk ''Barry'' of Holly Springs and Louise Davis ''Dennis'', eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, David Wayne Jackson; six brothers and three sisters.
A service for Mr. Jackson will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena.

Dear Norma, Louise, Dianne,
My heart goes out to you and I will keep you in my prayers. I loved my cousin, Wayne, and all the family. He was a good man who spread a lot of happiness during his lifetime. He will be missed but what a great reunion when we are all together for eternity.
