Our very sincere sympathy goes to all of Billy McMillan's friends; we are saddened by his passing. We both have fond memories of Billy from high school days, he was such a sweetheart, and we know he will be missed terribly by his family. We rarely saw Billy in the past few years, only at class reunions, but always looked forward to seeing his smiling face. What a guy.
To the McMillan Family, we are praying for the family. Mr. Billy was a wonderful person that truly loved his family. He will be missed by many.
I worked with Billy for many years at the Power Plant, Billy was a Good Electrician and a Great man in all aspects of the word. He was always Honest and someone that you could depend on, no matter what the situation was. Billy will be Missed by all who knew him and called him a Friend. My Sympathy goes out o the McMillan Family, May God's Peace be with you all during this time.
Thinking of you all at this sad time. May God give you peace & comfort in the times ahead.
Mrs. Carolyn,

One of the most "constantly happy" relatives I have ever had. One of my most favorite uncles. We love you Aunt Carolyn, Charlotte, Sharon, Tommy and grandkids and are praying for your comfort. Comfort that comes from knowing he is in a better place and we will see him again.
He was such a sweet man, and always so kind to my sister, Linda. I know everyone that was blessed to have him in their life will iss him. Our prayers are with his family!
