Rick Raimondi, 86, a resident of Paris passed away Friday, July 27, 2018, in Russellville.
He was born December 24, 1931, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to the late Alexander and Sylvia Raimondi. Rick served in the United States Army during the Korean War. After his military service he was the owner of the Paris Flower Shop for 16 years, worked for the City of Paris for over 20 years and served as a pastor of local churches for numerous years. Rick married Bobbye June Ramsey on February 24, 1951, at Fort Chaffee.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Louis and Daniel Raimondi and a sister, Lillian Barlow.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Bobbye Raimondi of Paris; a daughter, Sylvia Thompson and husband, Brent of Altus; three grandchildren, Alicia Dawn, Brent Andrew and Cody Allen Thompson, all of Altus and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 2, 2018, at the Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with the Rev. J.H. Carter officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 701 North Fifth Street, Paris, AR 72855.
