Debbie, I was truly shocked to hear of Rick's passing. We worked together for 4+ years on the District and Having him around was always a pleasure. It was reassuring to know that if things went bad, and they more than likely would, I could count on Rick to hold things together and do the right thing. We used to pick on each other and that was alright, because we always knew it was all in fun. Both Mary an I send our sincerest sympathies. Just know that I thought highly of Rick as person and as a professional, and I am truly sorry for his passing.

I worked with Rick while I was with Logan County. He set the example for all that worked with him. I was proud to get to know him. I will miss him as I know you will but we will see him again on those streets of gold where there is no more pain or sickness.
I pray that the Lord will ease your pain of his passing.

Sending thoughts and prayers of comfort for the family. I was able to meet and talk to Mr.Lowe recently at my father's home going service. Mr.Lowe spoke words of encouragement to me and shared how he enjoyed visits with my father. I didn't realize that he was battling an illness himself. He was very kind and I enjoyed talking with him. May God bless your family with peace and strength in the months to come and may we rest in the hope that this is not a final goodbye, but we will see you again and what a day that will be.

Linda and I extend our deepest sympathy to the family. I knew and worked with Rick back in the 70's and then later as a law enforcement officer on the Ozark. I always enjoyed his humor, his quotes, stories and smile. He was a true inspiration to many of us with the Forest Service. He loved what he did for a living, but most of all he loved and talked about his family. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to the Lowe family. I first met Ricky at the FLETC, GA in 1984 where we were classmates and ran into him during various trainings and details throughout our USFS career. He stood out in '84 as great student so it was no surprise to see him become the prominent professional ... and always with an easy smile.

Debbie, Heath, Allison & family,
So sorry for your loss. Ricky was a great witness to so many, my dad being one that he greatly influenced. I can remember my dad coming home talking about Ricky witnessing to him at work, not sure he cared to much for that back then ... but God had a plan. I'm thankful for Ricky's obedience to be a witness.
Only time will tell the impact that Ricky's life had on others. A true Christ follower... he will be greatly missed here, but we have hope of seeing him again. Prayers for peace and comfort during this time...it is very hard losing someone we love. God is faithful and will be close in the days ahead.
Many prayers for you guys in the days to come.

Debbie, I don't have the words to tell you how much I'm going to miss Rick. He was always there if i had a problem an I for him. We worked and buddied together for ever it seems like. He was a role model for everyone. His legacy will live forever. I'm so sorry I can't make the service but other preplanned plans keep us out of state. Prayers for you and all the family.

I am so grateful that I got to work with him for so long. We were spoiled at work for so many years having the best of the best when it came to law enforcement. There will never be another Rick Lowe. Ricky L. Lowe was the best of the best, a true Lawman in every sense of the word. He was my partner, friend and brother in the Lord who I will miss until I meet him again on the streets of glory! I grieve with the family but I do not feel sorry for them. I feel sorry only for those who were not blessed enough to know this wonderful husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. Ricky was the real deal and I am a better person for knowing him.

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4
(3) "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. (4)
And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".
