Louis A. Frederick, 83 of Subiaco, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017 in Fort Smith. He was born on April 4, 1934 in Subiaco to his parents Herman J. and Rose (Vonderheide) Frederick. He was a retired plumber and electrician for Adams Plumbing where he worked for forty five years and was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman J. and Rose (Vonderheide) Frederick; his wife, Mary ''Mag'' Frederick; two daughters, Wanda Jane Frederick and Susan Marie Frederick; one granddaughter, Katie Frederick and two brothers, Lawrence Bud Frederick and Herman F. Frederick.
He is survived by his daughters, Barbara Schluterman and husband Marty of Subiaco and Linda Frederick of Subiaco; his son, Mike Frederick and wife Paula of Scranton; his sister, Doris ''Sis'' Komp of Wichita, Kansas; four brothers, Raymond Frederick, Gus Frederick, Tom Frederick and Anthony Frederick all of Subiaco; seven grandchildren, Susan Cope and husband Robert of Paris, Krystal Schluterman of Scranton, Cody Schluterman and wife Lakaen of Subiaco, Toby Schluterman of Subiaco, Nicki Ruopp and husband Marcus of Newton, Massachusetts, Jason Frederick and wife Micah of Scranton and Kelsi Frederick of Scranton and seven great-grandchildren, Chloe Cope, Emery Schluterman, Allie Ruopp, Jude Ruopp, Austin Bowman, Preslee Bowman and Maggie Frederick.
Rosary service will be held 7:45 p.m., on Monday, June 26, 2017 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at St. Benedict Catholic Church with Fr. Hugh Assenmacher O.S.B. officiating. Burial will follow in St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Pallbearers will be Cody Schluterman, Toby Schluterman, Jason Frederick, Rob Cope, Marcus Ruopp, Glynn Frederick, Chris Frederick, Ron Komp and Donnie Frederick.
Honorary pallbearers will be Susan Cope, Krystal Schluterman, Nicki Ruopp and Kelsi Frederick.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Maggie House, 1005 Second Street Charleston,AR, 72933.

I am so sorry to hear of Louis' passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Reading Rev. 21:3, 4 and John 5:25 have always brought me comfort, and hopefully will do the same for you.
Rest in Peace Louie. Always one of the most friendliest and helpful men I ever knew. I can't remember ever seeing you when you didn't speak and have that big Louie Frederick smile on your face. Gonna miss you.

Mr. Louie was such a sweet man. I will miss him so much at Walmart, always looked forward to seeing him. RIP , you were a great man!!

Louie was one of the nicest and friendliest men I
have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Always a smile and a few words of conversation. He will be missefld.
Bill worked will Louis at Adams Plumbing years ago. Our deepest sympathy.
So very sorry to hear of his passing. We saw him in a store now to long ago and he was smiling and we had a good visit. Prayers for the family. He was a great man.
